Foundation House, Letchworth
Foundation House, once old office spaces, is due to be transformed into a vibrant new complex featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments. Along with appealing green areas for residents to enjoy and de-stress.
The upcoming area will feature entirely affordable housing, with 31 apartments offered for shared ownership and 26 designated for social renting. ‘Homes England’ and ‘North Herts Council’ have contributed funding to this project.
BM Sprinklers have been contracted directly by Hill Partnerships to design, install and supply:
- BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinkler Systems
A total of 520 residential sprinkler heads will be installed in 57 apartments distributed among five four-storey apartment buildings. Additionally, 32 valve sets will be included in the installation. The development will maintain the architectural heritage of Letchworth Garden City, which is truly delightful to hear.
