Avery Healthcare is currently working on establishing a new care home in Downham Market. The upcoming care facility will include 72 bedrooms with round-the-clock support, as well as parking for cars and bicycles.
Kori Construction leads the way as the primary contractor. BMS, contracted directly by Harniss Building Services Solutions, is responsible for designing, installing and supplying:
- BS 9251 Residential Fire Sprinklers
BMS will install a total of 235 residential sprinkler heads throughout the new development to safeguard all areas. Avery Healthcare run more 90 care homes throughout the UK, which is truly thrilling once you discover the architecture wonders they provide.
The development will be situated opposite open fields, offering panoramic views of sunrises. In the vicinity, there will be a newly constructed Costa Coffee and McDonald’s, ready to welcome regular visitors. Downham Market care home aims to provide 70 employment opportunities for the local community.
