Hempstead Road Care Home, Holt
Holt’s Hempstead Road Care Home is situated on a two-acre property surrounded by picturesque landscapes, featuring beautiful sensory gardens.
BMS were contracted by Eyre Group, the Mechanical and Electrical contractors for this project. We were responsible for designing, installing and supplying:
- BS9251 Residential Fire Sprinkle Systems
We installed 316 sprinkler heads throughout the care home, ensuring the protection of all 66 luxurious en-suite bedrooms.
The upcoming state-of-the-art care home will feature cinema rooms, a cafe and private dining areas. Additionally, it will provide 100 job opportunists to the local community, including positions such as manager, support workers, nurses and maintenance staff.
Kingsley Healthcare Limited and R G Carter Construction served as the primary contractors for this impressive new project. The construction was finished in January 2024. We are thrilled to have collaborated on this new care home with Eyre Group.
