We were contracted directly by ‘Hill Partnership Ltd’ who are the main contractors for this project to design, install and supply:
- All 75 apartments with a BS 9251 residential sprinkler system.
- Dry risers into both apartment block.
The development consists of two new blocks, the first block being 34 one bedroom and 11 two-bedroom apartments. And the second block being 25 one bedroom and 5 two-bedroom apartments.
These new apartments are located near Cambridge science park, Cambridge business park and the city center via the bus routes. As well as all apartments being 100% affordable.
The new apartments include 124 bike spaces, 6 electronic charging spaces, gas free biodiversity wildflower green roofs.
Work commenced December 2021 and is estimated to be complete December 2023.
